- When you book tickets on-line, you are agreeing to the applicable fare rules for all your flights as stated by the airline; specifics are available for review before submitting reservations.
- Once submitted, you bind yourself to accept the products and abide by the rules and regulations attached to those products. You agree that you provided accurate information and acknowledge that you are financially responsible for the agreed upon ticket.
- You will be required to pay any and all fees associated with the collection of this account including but not limited to reasonable collection and or attorney's fees. Tapaza.com does report any unpaid debts to our credit bureau.
- We are not responsible for fare increases for bookings that are a result of bookings not confirmed with a valid booking record locator.
- Fares are subject to change until a credit card is provided and approved. The airlines reserve the right to confirm or deny any flight for up to 24 hours after the reservation is booked. Please remember that prices and reservations are not guaranteed until tickets are purchased from the Airline.
- Due to heightened security at all airports, airlines are checking photo identification of all passengers. The name on each ticket must match the valid photo identification shown at the airport. All passengers are required to have certain travel documents, including but not limited to a valid passport, a round-trip airline ticket or proof of onward travel and a visa (if needed); some countries have a departure tax payable at the airport. Passengers are responsible for these items and should be considered before purchasing tickets. Contact the destination country's consulate for details.
- Tapaza.com has a non-refundable per person service charge on all round trip or one-way tickets.
- Payment Methods: We welcome credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club and debit cards from MasterCard and Visa (most airlines).
